Debbie was bubbly, fun, gregarious and always positive. Her laughter was contagious, her voice distinct. She always made time for her friends and cared for everyone. She was the one that brought everyone together- a true uniter. Our lights shine a little dimmer because she’s no longer around. A true loss to her family, friends and indeed the world. Gone way too soon. Ms Castro, you are missed.
